WHY WAS MY ORDER DELAYED?
While we do our best to adhere to our delivery estimates, our inventory is constantly changing based on information we receive directly from our suppliers. Occasionally, unexpected fluctuations in supply, delays during shipping, or changes in release dates for new products will add time to our original delivery estimate.

Try Barnes and Noble, Interbane.

Do you want to postpone the start of the discussion?

Amazon says this book is available for next day delivery. Strange they've delayed your order. Are you a Prime member?

Well, in the vernacular, that 'sucks'. You are a smart fellow, so I imagine that the delay will not stifle your wit one bit. As an old man and paratrooper in WWII told me when I was barely 19 ... 'roll with the punches, son. Like water off a duck. It all tends to work out if you don't let it get to you.'

Library? I got a copy at my local library. It would at least get you started.

No bookstores nor libraries nearby would have it. Small town life.

Edit - Please by all means start discussing it. I will join in without the book until it arrives.

This is a fast read too so you should be in good shape if you receive it in a few weeks. Looks like we're going to be reading and discussing "The Extended Phenotype" in Sept. & October too, so you might all want to get a copy of that book.
