About this book discussion (READ ME)
What format should we use for this book discussion?
I'd not sure if our usual chapter threads will work with this particular book. Check out the Table of Contents once you have your copy of the book. Let's try to figure out how best to structure this discussion. And one possible method is to not have any structure at all. We could just let people create their own threads and see what happens. But from experience it seems to motivate people to post when there are already some threads awaiting their comments.
