So the book cost $6.66

Unread post

Hi all,

So I found this place from the NYT article...and I loved it because it validated everything I'd ever experienced in a real life book group.
It's great to find a place where I can "go to bookgroup" in my PJ's
I love reading. Non-fiction is my general go-to but I love reading good books in any genre. Even the much maligned urban-fantasy books have a place on my shelf. Currently I have a collection of Bradbury short stories, a suspense fiction novel, a book of poems, and two memoirs checked out from my library via Overdrive.
Originally I'm from Chicago and am currently living in north Florida. Being a secular Yankee is a neighborhood where people ask which Baptist church is actually very interesting. it influenced My subject line is related to how much my kindle version of one of the current non-fiction selections re: The Mormons cost via Kindle. After I got done laughing, I accepted what fate had placed in front of me and purchased the book. Looking forward to reading this book (and others) and taking part!

Welcome to the community, Debby! :-)

PJ's are very acceptable around here. Maybe we need to have an official PJ day. Hmmm...

At my house, we have a weekly PJ day....u pick the day. But you only get one day...that addendum came about during summer vacation this year.

I vote for Sunday being PJ day :)

Sunday is "clothing optional day" around here. Howz about Tuesday for PJ Day?
