Kindles - have you got one?

Unread post

When I first heard about e-readers I hated the thought. Then some friends of mine had them and I was hooked.

When you're in a bookshop you haven't got lots of time to check stuff out, so you can sometimes make a mistakes and buy something you hate. You can't get your money back either.

But with a Kindle you can check stuff out at leisure in your own home. There are good samples too AND you can get a refund if the book falls flat after the sample. I've read some good new writers and I haven't even wanted to ask for my money back.

Of course I'll still read paper books, but I love my Kindle too.

Nope, but I'm asking for one this Christmas. Don't know if I'll like it or not, but I do like some of the features, like being able to search for things.

I hope you get a Kindle for Christmas, Avid Reader, and I'm sure you'll love it.
