So, over 8 years later......
Brand spanking new to this site and decided it best to start at the beginning. And have found that I am apparently the only one that actually enjoyed Future Shock. I find it ironic that the even-then modern conveniences were noted as semi-disastrous and 40 years later with the "green-scene" fad trending towards the 50s and prior lifestyle, people are beginning to note well the error of their ways. Plus, it's kind of heart-breaking how careless our society has become as a whole, and completely detached from "people, places, and things."

We had only 5 members when we read "Future Shock" so starting with that book isn't going to be of much value. Why not start with our current books?
