Don't tell anyone, but I have had Beyonce's "Single Ladies" stuck in my head for 47 days straight.

The fact that you counted makes it that much funnier.

LoL I really really get cranky after day 3, even if I like the song....I wonder why our brains get fixated on songs (and poems, and sayings) like that?

Great, now it's stuck in my head. Just the chorus though.

The song that's stuck in my head right now is "Copa Cabana" by Michael Buble. Not sure why though, cause I didn't hear it at all today.

I don't know how many of y'all watch reality TV, in particular, the Real Housewives of NYC. If you do, then you may be familiar with the Countess's song, Money Can't Buy You Class, or whatever the official name of it is. It burns my ears to listen to her try to sing, but the song has been ingrained in my head since the season finale, and it won't go away!!!!
Deep in the human unconscious is a pervasive need for a logical universe that makes sense. But the real universe is always one step beyond logic. ~ Frank Herbert, Dune
