"The Twelve Days of Christmas" - parody contest!
This contest is just like our "Twas the night before Christmas" parody contest except that you're to do a parody of the Christmas Carol, "The Twelve Days of Christmas." Make it fun, funny, and memorable. Oh, and please try to relate it to books, reading, authors and even BookTalk.org. This is the most important part!
Ideally your version will start with, "On the first day of Christmas BookTalk.org sent (or gave) to me...." Naturally, only the "book" and "talk" would be pronounced so this is a 2 syllable phrase! We have a ton of free books that can be awarded so show us how creative you can be. You just might win a free book or two.
This contest will stay up as long as people are having fun with it. We'll just have to see how this goes.
