I originally found this site through searching for ezBoards that discussed books. I'm a semi-regular poster at a number of book related boards with heavy fiction content, but with a general rather than genre specific focus. (One board averages 350+ posts per day, mostly community chatter and games. Another averages 80+, mostly book discussion. Horses for courses.)
I agree that non fiction is a niche not well catered for. Leastways, not on the majority of boards I've visited. If promoting to site to new members, that's the angle I'd be suggesting.
You know the very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. They don't alter their views to fit the facts. They alter the facts to fit their views. Which can be uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that need altering. The Doctor, The Face of Evil.
