I guess I am supposed to introduce myself. I have hated this kind of thing ever since I was a little kid in school.
Well, short and sweet, I rather enjoy reading though I have not done as much as I used to in the last year or so. I am getting back into it though. I always used to wish I had people to discuss books with, so maybe this forum will facilitate that.
I am currently reading Introduction to Mathematical Philosophy by Bertrand Russell.
Recent reads include Atonement by Ian McEwan, Less Than Zero by Bret Easton Ellis, and Neuromancer by William Gibson. |

Hey MoonKnight! We are discussing Severus Snape in the Potter thread. You mentioned that,
| Quote: |
| I am a sucker for tragedy, perhaps because I view my own life as a form of tragedy at times. He was definitely the most misunderstood character, yet arguably one of the most noble. |
So are you misunderstood, yet noble? Do you want to tell more about your tragedy? Feel free to get as personal as you want here in your thread, or not at all. I just thought your comment was interesting, but didn't want to put you on the spot in the Potter thread. It is always neat to hear how the characters one responds to mirror something in oneself. |
