Our LINKS page is in need of a major update. In the past our slogan was
"the freethinker's book discussion community," but is now simply,
"quality books, good people and great conversations." Our LINKS page still reflects the previous theme and is no longer applicable to our current theme.
Click on the LINKS link in the upper green navigation bar. You'll see that the page is broken down into the following categories of links:
Atheism, Freethinking, Humanism
Book & Reading Resources
Science, History, Philosophy, etc...
BookTalk Members
Miscellaneous
As you can see the sites in the
Atheism, Freethinking, Humanism category all have reciprocal links back to BookTalk.org. For this reason we cannot and will not delete those links. But all other links on the entire LINKS page are fair game for deletion.
What would be the best categories for a book discussion site? This is the first step for us. Let's decide on some categories. And then we can start putting appropriate links into the categories.

I'm going to go through the current page right now and start deleting links that just don't apply to our current theme. I'd appreciate any and all comments and suggestions, but as I just said above the most important thing is to break the page into appropriate categories.
I'll be giving away free books to the members that help me the most with this project. I have wanted to work on this for quite a long time, but the task is a bit intimidating. So any help would really be appreciated.
