Hey, Chris, at least until everyone's shifted their account information to the new system, you may want to adjust the controls on log-in attempts. Not realizing that both the log-in name and password were case sensitive, I burned up the five attempts I was allowed thinking that I had mistyped my temporary password. Then I had to wait 30 minutes before I could try again.
Or maybe I'm just a moron. Could be that. |

It is now (temporarily) increased to allow 20 login attempts with only a 10 minutes cooldown if you manage to flub all 20.
