Three weeks ago I started my yearly spring weight loss diet. It's supposed to be for 6 weeks, but I've already had great results. Tonight I went to Walmart to buy cleansing or detox tea as a supplement. I found some, but didn't research the active ingredient until after I drank it. Here's a link.

Bless you, kiddo, in your annual quest for the perfect bod. Trying to get down to streaking weight, eh? I have lost about 2,000 pounds in my life, and the struggle never ends. I will be lying in my coffin and the visitors will be saying 'She shouldn't have eaten that, it's too high in carbs.'
The effects of diuretics aren't weight loss; you have to be careful. They can pull the minerals out of your system....not good for the ol' cerebrum.
Do you take this stuff as a one-shot cleansing, or daily?
I applaud your efforts as a soldier in the never ending battle.
