|

I am looking for a scan of a book cover (GIF or JPG preferred, but *anything* is okay at this point). Strange request, I know, but I collect images of books I read, and I don't have access to a scanner. If I did, I'd be a happy man.
The book is titled "Light Years: Confessions of a Cinematographer" by Tom McDonough. The hardcover has a strange photo of the author carrying a Steadicam.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! |

| Try Amazon.com. A lot of their images are bigger than they display on the webpage -- they're reduced automatically with HTML tags to the site's specfications. To view them at the size in which they're stored on the server, right- or control- click on the image and select "Open Image in New Window". |

Thank you. They unfortunately do not have a picture.
You bring up a good point: here's where I've researched. Amazon.com, Los Angeles PL, Denver PL, NYPL, abebooks.com, half.com, ebay.com (I'm hoping this will be the winner soon), Google images, author homepages, and cinematography sites, used/new bookstore sites (too many to count).
Just hoping someone may have some other ideas... |

| Check the publisher's webpage, if they have one. Otherwise, you may try querying them directly to see if they'd be willing to provide a copy of the image. |
