I want to offer a free short story as my introduction to this forum.

In "The Queen Anne Bedroom Set," the Heusslers had a happy 1950's marriage until Adele backed Stan's car into their house. She didn't tell him about the bent bumper on his new Buick or the hole in the house until after he agreed to buy an expensive antique bedroom set that he really didn't want.
