Hello there everyone! My name is Sarah and I am new here! Gee what can I say about myself? Well, I am currently a student majoring in English Literature, and am considering a minor in philosophy. I will be applying to Cambridge for grad school so wish me luck! I'm not killing myself with honors classes for nothing! I am also from New Mexico.

For hobbies, I love to read, I do yoga and will be starting pilates soon, I also love to cook and bake, I am musically inclined and played the flute for about 10 years. I am considering taking up the piano. I will also begin dressage lessons in January. I cannot wait to get back on a horse!

As for books I enjoy reading, well, I used to be strictly fiction but lately I have been reading anything that interests me regardless of genre. I have also been reading a lot of books from the Medieval and Renaissance time periods. This is mostly because of school, but I find I am enjoying quite a few of them once I get past the language barrier. *cough* Chaucer *cough*

I came about this site when I searched specifically for book forums. I hope to make many friends who enjoy reading as much as myself and hopefully to gain some sort of enlightenment on some of the works I am reading currently as well as any future ones!
