This seems more like a statement than a question. An incredibly unclear statement, at that. The statement is, on the face of it, just nonsense. So I guess you mean evangelical athiesm = rude, overbearing, self-righteous people who talk to you about atheism, and narcissists = annoying? If that's your point, then I think almost everyone, athiest or not, would agree with you. But what you wrote is basically incoherent.
