No surprise here. John G. Roberts Jr. nominated for the Supreme Court.
Well, he looks like he might be OK. I'm underthrilled by his opinion on government regulation banning abortion-related counseling by federally-funded family planning programs, but all in all, he might just be a good choice.

Let's hope no one digs up any kind of scandal like in the Thomas nomination. That was a train wreck, but I couldn't wrench my eyes off the TV the entire time!

Funny...all the speculation on the media that I heard said that Bush would probably pick a woman/minority...and boom, we have a white male.
Not that any of that matters to me...just commenting on it.
Now...let's get back to the Rove scandal, before this smokescreen works for Bush.
