A Northern Missouri girl trying to figure out how on earth I ended up in Texas (?!?), I spend too little time with a couple of wonderful guys - my soon-to-be husband, and our son, Sebastian-a Bernese Mountain pup. I work full-time as a mental health practitioner, and spend as much spare time I can carve out cooking, gardening, listening to public radio, enjoying Indie movies, knitting, needle work, etc. My recent bookshelves have held books on mental illness, history, crime, and so on. My guy found Booktalk.org on the NYTimes, and we both hope to explore our deep love of reading with each other and you.
