1. Do NOT make an introduction post if you have no intention of interacting with usIf you introduce yourself you'll be greeted by BookTalk.org members. We get excited when new people join and we take our time to give them a warm welcome. But if you don't plan to respond don't introduce yourself in the first place.
2. Create your own introduction threadIt is rude to make your introduction in someone else's introduction thread.
3. Use a descriptive subject line for your introduction threadA subject line shouldn't simply be "Hi" or "My Intro." Try something unique. It is always good to use your username in your intro thread title.
4. If you're an author or publisher do NOT tell us about your books in this forumWe have forums specifically for suggesting books, and this is not one of them. If you spam this forum your account will either be deleted or banned.
