I'm at a loss for words. Jean de Satigny has some dirty little secrets. Of course he doesn't want an intimate relationship with his new wife. Not kinky enough. The guy is sic in the head. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if I don't read anymore of him.

I agree. Thiks chapter is really unusual because it deals with the one subject, unlike the others. It's like reading a horror story. I didn't want her to go back even to get her money and baby clothes - - I was saying get out!! Then I remembered - hey! this is just a story.
