If you desire a slight modification to your BookTalk.org username please let me know in this thread. You cannot change your name on your own, but as the administrator of the forum I can change it for you.
Acceptable Name Changes:
fuzzybunny6578 to Fuzzy Bunny, fuzzybunny, fuzzy bunny, etc...
We need to know who you are even after the name change.
Unacceptable Name Change:
jeffreyloveschicken to BookDemon666, AV8TOR, christmasboy
Your name change should contain your old name and be only a slight modification. It is not fun to log in and see someone you have gotten to know now have a totally different name.
So please make your name change request here so that this is all out in the open and nobody uses this name change offer as an invitation to enter the Witness Protection Program. |

George:
I will do so now. Check your email after 5 minutes for your new password. After you log into your account you can change your password back.

Robert Tulip
Your username has been changed from Robert Tulip 2 back to just Robert Tulip. I emailed you your new password. Use that password and username to enter your account and then you can change the password back to whatever you like. Let me know if you have any problems.

| Certainly. And I want to try changing it without changing your password. Please try to log into your account using your same password and "irishrosem" as your username in about 5 minutes. |

Actually, in your situation things are a little different. You have 2 accounts right now.
irishrose has about 211 total posts
irishrosem has about 420 total posts
I cannot combine them both into one account. The only real choice is to go back to using the irishrosem account. Do you not have that password?
I will reset the password for irishrosem and send it to you right now. Watch your email. You can then use the log in information in my email to access irishrosem, but you can still access irishrose. |

Oops sorry to be a pest. When we had switched over to the new format I had created the irishrose, because I couldn't get onto the irishrosem. You gave me a second password for the irishrosem account, but I couldn't ever get it to work. So I just stuck with irishrose.
It's really not a big deal, the whole thing harkens back to my childhood. My mom never let anyone call me Rose growing up. Nicknames were limited to Ro, Romare or Rosem, never Rose. So I try not to call myself Rose, even though the nickname doesn't bother me at all.
I'll keep an eye on my email and see if the new password works the next time I sign on. If it doesn't, we can just change it to Fuzzy Bunny and leave it at that... |

| Uh, Chris, I know I'm a pest, but did you send that email out yet? I haven't received it as of just five minutes ago. I wanted to give the irishrosem screenname one more go round before I finally gave up on it. |

Thank you, Chris. I got the second one you sent this morning. The previous email never found me, neither in my inbox, spam box or trash box. And that's the third time in the past week, that I know of anyway, someone has sent me something that just never arrived in my email. I guess my server is taking the holidays off too.
Thanks again. |
