It's a shame that these dates seem to have been wiped. Is there any way of getting them back?
I'm with you Robert, I'd like to see those lost posts restored. I hope it is possible.

23 labor hours and $230 later and we are moved from one hosting company to the next, but the posts that were lost are lost forever. At least this is my interpretation of what Indie has told me. I'm really sorry, but this move has been a complete nightmare. I could spend a lot of time trying to explain what went wrong, but it would not be worth the time or energy. The point is this is a once in a BookTalk.org-lifetime event and there doesn't appear anything we can do about it.

Thanks so much Chris and Indie, I will send you some money. Don't Google make a copy every day? Could you ask them?

Thanks for the donation, Robert.
No, Google doesn't make a backup, but I am supposed to be making backups of our database. As of yesterday I now know how and will make regular backups of the entire site, (thanks to Indie) but I simply never was concerned with it in the past. So those lost posts are lost. I'm really sorry guys. We're still fighting with several problems that appear to be hacking attempts, but with frequent backups we should be in good shape.
