Hi! I'm Jennifer Lins.

I'm an author of 'The 7 days Detox Cleanse'. My purpose is to help people reach their weight loss goals. Hi Jennifer, and welcome! That's a noble goal you have set for yourself. Just wondering, what is your weight loss philosophy, if you could sum it up in a sentence or two? Do you place any stock in any of the marketed options out there, like WeightWatchers, SlimFast, Atkins, South Beach, etc.?
