Hello, my name is Amanda. I am a female. I am a proud mother of 4 beautiful girls. I am happily married for 12 years. My oldest daughter started college last fall and I homeschool my other three daughters. God, my family and books are my favorite things in the whole world. I usually have 3 books I am reading at the same time. I like a variety of genres but my favorites include mystery, horror, historical fiction, historical non fiction, fantasy and supernatural. My husband enjoys forums online mostly about prepping and homesteading and cars and it looked like fun so I thought I would try a forum regarding something I love which is books and reading. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and making lots of new friends.

Hi welcome to the group. I see you read a little bit of everything as I do. I am sure you will enjoy the forum as much as I have. There are a lot of nice folks and quite a variety of discussions to get involved with.

Hi Amanda and welcome to Book Talk. Always glad to welcome a new member. Low Gap? Very interesting name. I enjoy hearing or reading about unusual place names. Any particular history, etc. connected to the name???
