I've been looking around for a while now and I think it would be fun to join this community.
My name is Javier Aiton. I'm an Art trader from Europe and I'm always very interested in art and books. Due to my work I spend a lot of time travelling around different places in the world. It's very relaxing spending my time reading while I'm travelling.
I think this site is a great site where I can discuss and talk about my interests with other people. Let's have a fun time. |

| Welcome, Javier. I think it may be a great boon for this community to have someone with a background in fine arts contributing. What kind of art do you trade in, if you don't mind me asking? |

Hi javieraiton,
Welcome!
What countries do you usually travel to?
What are your favorite authors, or genres?
Looking forward to discussing books with you! Jan. |

Hello, it has been a while before my first few posts. Sorry about that.
Well as for me, I do travel a lot. But it's not really predictable. For example I had been traveling to China, Singapore and Bhutan this year, following some exhibitions at various places. So it was fun.
I normally have clients who wants to exchange different kind of arts like paintings, statues or maybe opening an exhibition. My job is to be the person in between and try to arrange that.
My favorite genres should be Romance, Detectives/Thrillers (Dan Brown) and of course Artbooks. (Maria ter Steeg) Maybe you guys have some recommendations for me?
Well, I've some new projects running so I'm very busy at the moment. I'll try to take a look around every now and then. |
