Hello other book lovers!!
Hi my name is Erica. I'm 23 years old and I love love to read. This is my first time joining a book forum. I read so much I love new suggestions. The idea of discussing books I would have never been introduced to otherwise is super exciting. I'm not sure exactly how it works so bare with me. Thanks so much! Can't wait!!

Greetins, Erica, and welcome to Book Talk. I notice you have already contributed to our current non-fiction discussion, so I think you are finding your way nicely. You might want to watch your spelling though, 'bare with me' sounds a little naughty . (Just kidding).

Re: Hello other book lovers!!
Erica, your signature has stopped my breath and jolted my heart! I fell in love with Sylvia Plath in 6th grade reading "The Bell Jar". I have read it several times since then. To read her quote in your signature line has made my life stop . . .
Wow, what deep emotions a great writer/poet can invoke!
I hope you enjoy yourself here, welcome!

Re: Hello other book lovers!!
hello avidreader, i am a newbie too and am looking forward to starting my first discussion in the fiction section for Oct/Nov/Dec, there is a poll coming out so you can vote for one of the books - take a look as it sounds like a fair way to select the next Big Read. Talk to you soon
