A discussion is never closed, if new members come and want to add something they are more than welcome, or perhaps one of the participants will think of something they've forgotten to say...
But at this stage the discussion is still fresh in our minds and I'd hate to just let it go without saying goodbye.
This was the first time I had really paid attention to this book, and it has been full of surprises and great discussion opportunities.
I also kept being feeling delighted at all the new directions that your postings were taking us, it's been a lovely (literary!) trip. |

Geesh! I thought this book discussion was over - I didn't realize everybody was still on it.
I'll take a look at the threads later tonite - a bit pooped right now. Had all my scans today - a bone density - I feel like I was in a room on Star Trek!
The chest x-ray and the despicable, but necessary, mammogram.
Grrrrrrrrrr!
I won't go into why I don't like it - there's boys here - hee hee! |

Carly, you're welcome to tackle all this in you own original way...
Just in case though: the current fiction discussion, No Country for Old Men, has just started, and is attracting some very interesting comments from Steve and Kenneth. You might want to have a look. |

Yeah, I know - I'm anxious to get started on NCFOM . . . but my book hasn't come in yet.
I'll be here when it does.
Ophelia - you are a wonderful moderator! |

OK - anyway, I'm gonna' shaddup for a while - I've been going through these threads since just after 4 am . . . I don't sleep normally anymore. A few hours at a time.
I've been immersing myself in books and book discussions all over the web lately and I'm getting obsessed!
