Europe looks like a bacterial slide with them chomping at eachother in this 1000 year time lapse of national boudaries.
Very interesting. You would have to pause and "enhance" the image to see everything going on there.

Having problems makig this work. Is it a Google hack? They seem to fix them pretty quickly - like the one which was going around about how you could make Google translate beatbox by setting the translation to German to German and typing in certain combinations of words.
