I read ebooks on a Palm TX when I travel, but I admit that I still enjoy holding paper when I read. There's something about the feel of a cover and the smell of ink that can't be replaced.
Ironically, I've recently chosen to forego submitting my manuscript via the traditional method and self-publish as an e-book only. No agent hunting, no waiting months for form letters, just... readers. I'm closing in on a thousand downloads, and next to no profit, and yet I feel like I've somehow defeated the system.
