The Central Blog is the hub that connects all BookTalk.org member blogs. Before you get started in creating your very own blog you’ll need to read and understand our Blog Rules. And if you’re brand new to blogging do yourself a favor and check out our Blogging Basics.
Once you understand our rules you’re free to create as many blogs as you like. Directly above you’ll see the “Create a Blog” link. Click this and follow the instructions and you’ll be on your way to blogging in no time. You can view all of our member blogs at “Blog Directory.”
Over in the right sidebar you’ll find a couple lists that you’ll want to refer to often. The top list is the “10 Newest Member Blogs,” and the bottom list is “20 Recently Updated Blogs.”
As soon as you create your own blog you’ll see your blog name appear in both the top and bottom list, but after a while it will get pushed off the “10 Newest Member Blogs” list as new member blogs are created. If you want your blog to stay on the “20 Recently Updated Blogs” list you’ll need to make frequent posts.
