I thought Behe wasn't going to testify...all the ID celebrities were invited, but demanded the right to retain their own counsel. There were monetary difficulties, too.
In Kansas, the creationists got some experts to point out all the holes in evolution. Did pretty much as expected. Then in cross examination, we found that only one side had done their homework.
"So, you don't believe in Evolution?"
"No, there just hasn't been enough time."
"So you believe in Creation?"
"Oh, hell no. There's no scientfic basis for it."
"So what do you believe?"
"Panspermia."
"Oh, really. Tell us, tell the court, tell EVERYONE, please, what Panspermia is."
"Well, it's obvious that aliens came to Earth, maybe more than once...."
