Advertising Information for Authors & Publishers

If you're an author or book publisher looking to gain some publicity for your books please feel free to contact us. We welcome and encourage you to use BookTalk.org as an effective means of reaching your target audience of book lovers. And we'll help you reach them too!

Tell us about your books!

Our book discussion forums are free and open to anyone anywhere in the world, including authors and book publishers. So go ahead and create a free account today. Join the discussion forums and tell us all about your books. We encourage this!

If you'd like to tell us about your newly released book our forums are the perfect place to do so. In the case of a novel you would want to tell us about it in the Fiction Book Suggestions & Polls forum, and a non-fiction new release would be appropriately placed in the Non-Fiction Book Suggestions & Polls forum.

Contribute books as contest awards!

As often as possible we run contests where contributed books are awarded to our members as prizes. We encourage authors and publishers to donate books for such awards, and to show our appreciation for contributing books we pledge to advertise your book on our Featured Book Suggestions page forever. To donate books just mail them to the below address. Once we receive them you'll see those books advertised within a day or two. You don't even have to email us. Just pack up a book or two and ship them. If you're the actual author it is always nice if you can autograph the books, but this isn't necessary.

Buy advertisement space on BookTalk.org!

If you would like your book, web site or product to receive gauranteed exposure then consider purchasing an ad block on BookTalk.org. We get hundreds of thousands of page views each month and have a Google Page Rank of a 5, yet we have only recently started to offer paid advertisement space. Our rates are still very low for such a high volume site.

We handle ad placement manually so that each ad is done properly and professionally. If you would like to place an ad visit our ADVERTISE page and then send an email to chris@booktalk.org.
