I know there is definately a market for that sort of thing as a collectable. HOWEVER: make sure the stock is still not active. If one of your little oil guys was eaten by Exxon, the actual shares may still be outstanding and active (though I have my doubts). A brokerage house might be able to advise you as to how to research thew stocks.
