We're on p090 too and lost a lot of posts to that bug. More posts than I want to even think about...
As for important posts, having lost too many to ez-glitches, system crashes and all sorts of other inconveniences, I now tend to hammer things out in Notepad first, then cut and paste. Cumbersome, but it does save a lot of heartache - and time.
