About the Introduce Yourself forum - READ ME

If this is your first visit to BookTalk.org you should create your own Introduction thread in this forum. Use a subject line that includes either your real name or your BookTalk account name. Tell us a little about who you are as a person.

Where do you live?

How old are you?

Are you a male or female?

How did you find BookTalk?

What type of books do you enjoy the most?

Tell us as much or as little as you like. Are you married? Have kids? Are you an animal lover? Are you into camping, chess, kayaking, or hang gliding? Where are you planning on going on vacation? Where have you already explored? What are your fears and dreams?

And if you have some photos please do share them. Seeing pictures is a way to make the online experience that much more personal. You can post pictures in your Introduction thread or use the Album feature. You'll find an "Album" link under the green navigation bar, but this link is only visible when you're logged into an account.

Once you've created your own personal Introduction thread you'll probably get greeted by some BookTalk regulars. Use your Introduction thread as your own personal web journal or Blog. Make posts whenever you have something you'd like to document or share with the world. Your thread is your own so get creative and use it however you like.

You do need to create a free account in order to make posts on the forums or use the Album feature. But accounts are free and quick to create and use. So don't hesitate. We're excited to meet you!

Welcome to BookTalk.org!

Hi
