I just noticed that several of you are clicking the button to not allow BBCode in your posts in this forum. When you do this you cannot then use the Italics and Quote buttons, because these buttons input BBCode into your post.
If you use the Quote feature while having BBCode disabled then people will not see the quoted material indented in a lighter colored box. They will actually see the code. So please don't click that top button in the "Options" section before the input box unless you have a really good reason for doing it.
You should also allow Smilies in your post by default. Play around with those choices in the Options section to learn how they work and you'll get the hang of it.  |
